We are so proud to announce a new collaboration with the City of Phoenix and Burton Barr Central Library. Cultural Coalition is presenting a free art gallery installation in the second floor gallery of the downtown library. This collection, entitled “The Art of Community Engagement”, is a celebration of the 25 years of community building that Cultural Coalition has provided in the Greater Phoenix Valley.

We are a unique organization which was conceived and cultivated by artists. Over the years we have been successful at providing arts programming, creative cultural events and opportunities for underserved communities and indigenous artists. Cultural Coalition, in addition to providing venues for displaying and promoting established artisans, is also an incubator for aspiring artists to develop their talents. In pursuing our goals, we have been able to create a space in the community to share the enrichment of art with others. We have also benefited greatly by this partnership. Community engagement is extremely important to creating an environment in which families, students and community members can thrive. By inviting in members of our community we have introduced thousands to this creative space, and have in turn receive inspiration from all the new minds and young artisans we have met.
