We are a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations who provides community engagement through unique cultural programs dedicated to the education, promotion and development of Xicanindio artists in Arizona. The Coalition has been organizing Día de Los Muertos programming and activities for over 30 years throughout Arizona.

Our goal is to celebrate the indigenous community with culturally relevant, family friendly programs that address our diverse experiences and traditions, while fostering multicultural understanding and appreciation through innovative and original programs and performances.

Museum Assistant Summer Internship


The Museum Assistant internship position plays an important roll on our team, assisting with public exhibits, programs, and educational outreaches. This is a part-time hybrid position, requiring 10 hours a week during the months of May through August.

Teaching Artists & Music Teachers


Cultural Coalition seeks Teaching Artists passionate about engaging youth in the arts and experienced Music Teachers to provide instruction of guitar, violin, piano, or ukulele at our After School Arts Program at El Rancho del Arte in Downtown Mesa. These are part-time contracted positions with flexible scheduling during our program hours of Monday through Friday, 3 to 6pm.
