Mask Alive Festival this Sunday in Mesa
A free festival celebrating the global artform of masked storytelling
Cultural Coalition and SRP invite people from all over the Valley to experience the transformational power of the mask at the 8th Annual Mask Alive Festival in Mesa at Pioneer Park. Happening Sunday, March 2 from 2 to 5 p.m., the event is free and open to the public with activities for families of all ages to participate in throughout the day.
One of the most fun parts of going to this festival is seeing all of the different masks and outfits worn by the people who attend! Past Mask Alive Festivals have seen skeleton masks, mardi gras masks, wicked witches, alien creatures, French and Italian masquerade characters, and more. A true family event, there will be free arts and craft activities, mask making, delicious eats from local food trucks, and quality artisans to shop throughout the festival.
