Cultural Coalition’s 14th Annual MIKIZTLI: Día de los Muertos PHX Festival will be at the Arizona Center on Saturday, November 1, 2025 from 5 to 9 p.m. This event is always an unforgettable experience of culture, art, and community! With a new venue, we are looking to expand the volunteer program with many different roles.

Pre-Show/Post-Show Volunteers

Hand out flyers, promote the festival, or assist with supply pickup! On this team you will be able to help out before and after the festival so you can enjoy your day. Street Team volunteers will be out in the community posting flyers in local businesses, libraries, and coffee shops. Volunteer your time whenever you can with this flexible role!
Site Support Volunteers

On this team you will be helping keep the festival grounds accessible and ready for festival goers. There are opportunities to assist with set up, tear down, and clean up at the end of the night. If you’re not sure what role you want, the Backup role is there to help anywhere needed.
Shifts include: Set up/Tear Down, Trash/Green Team, Activation Help, Floaters & Booth Relief
Experience & Information Volunteers

On this team you will be interacting with the community, helping families, and assisting Cultural Coalition with their booths and activities. Be part of the team that makes this festival fun and memorable!
Shifts Include: Information Booth, Surveying, Arts & Crafts, Gallery Attendant, VIP Hosts & Community Altar Helpers
Artist Hospitality & Entertainment Volunteers

On this team you will be able to help our stage manager make sure that the entertainment goes on as scheduled. You will help monitor the greenroom areas and make sure the performers have what they need. Want a look behind the scenes? This is the role for you!
